Overview
Savuti is well known for big game. It’s a beautiful and one of the greatest concentration of animals. Savuti is famous of predators such as lions and spotted hyenas and herds of buffalos, zebra and elephants. Birds spotted in the area are Kori bustards, small red billed francolins, carmine bee eaters and fish eagles to mention few.

Itenary

Day 1: Pick up at Kasane Airport - Arrive at Kasane and meet your guide who will take you through orientation of the trip and then eventually transfer you on 4x4 wheel drive vehicle to the first destination of your trip. Enjoy your trip as you drive to Savuti.

Day 2: Savuti - Wake Up call at 0530hrs and have breakfast at 0600hrs. Our guide will inform you about the game drive then head to it. Savuti is home to many prides of lion and other predators such as wild dogs and leopard. On arrival at our camp brunch will be taken followed by a relaxation period before we set off to briefly explore the new surroundings of Savuti, the place lies in the south western area of Chobe National Park about 50km north of the Mababe Gate. The shallow Savuti channel connects the river to the north with the Mababe Depression, which was once a great lake. You will spend 2 nights here in Savuti.

Day 3: Khwai - You will be departing to Khwai in the morning around 0600hrs with your packed lunch prepared by our professional chef. You will be doing your game drive as you go to Khwai where you will arrive in the evening and find your camping set. Bush shower and dinner will be ready.

Day 4: Khwai - In the morning at 0900hrs you will be doing a 2hrs Mokoro ride which is optional. In the afternoon after High Tea you will head to Sundowner Cocktail/Celebration which will be around 1700hrs to 1900hrs. Then after you will head to night game drive and get back to the camp for a bush shower and dinner.

DAY 5: Moremi - Head to Moremi in the morning after breakfast. As you will be departing to moremi, you will be doing your game drives. Then in the evening you will be driving to the camp where you will find it set and ready. Our camp hands will be ready to assist you with bush shower after a well prepared dinner buy our professional chef.

DAY 6: Moremi - Last night of the safari, you will be able to explore the beauty and fantasy of Xinii and Xakanaxa with our professional guide equipping you about the nature of Moremi. You will be doing all this in your game drive. This will also give you the opportunity to enjoy birding in the other channels of the Okavango Delta. When get back to the camp you will prepare for the other day back to Maun.
